Great Places to Work Shakes Things Up

Beginning  this year, when Great Places to Work evaluates survey data in categories such as innovation, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and organizational agility, the process will account for disparities in viewpoints and demographics within the organization. For organizations to be publicly acknowledged as a Best Workplace, a culture leader, the experiences of different groups (junior level, senior level, minorities, caucasians, females, males) will all need to be within a certain % tolerance.
